Casa Delfino is an historic hotel in the old town of Chania that wears its heritage lightly. The 17th century Venetian mansion has been in the same family for six generations.
While researching the content for the Casa Delfino website, I tried every one of the 20-or-more Cretan delicacies served at breakfast, was scrubbed with olive stones in the 19th century hamam, and sunbathed on the roof terrace overlooking Chania harbour. Nice work, if you can get it.
